5 pm WHAT APPETITE? (Spinach, Beets, Fennel, Apples, Carrots, Celery, Ginger, Lemon)
8 pm CHARCOAL LEMONADE (coconut water powder from Terra Soul, activated charcoal, maple syrup, lemon, filtered water)

DIRECTIONS:
Replace food with juice. Drink all six bottles in 1 day.
Most drink one juice every 2 hours.
Most do not get hungry on the cleanse, but if you do, a great tip is to add a pinch of sea salt to some water. While you are technically not encouraged to eat anything solid for the next three days, exceptions can be made for a serving of nuts (not the whole bag!) or a serving of a veggie of choice, with a touch of salt if you need to add extra sodium. The most important goal of a juice cleanse is to reconnect with your body and listen to it. If you are hungry and need something to push through, you need to honor this. You will be fine if you have a sensible snack and jump right on track with your juice. Stay tuned to your body; only do what you can realistically handle. Just don’t throw in the towel in favor of a cheeseburger. If you are going to eat, we recommend single-ingredient foods.
Having a headache or feeling achy the day after a cleanse is normal. The body is detoxing. Drink plenty of water to help flush the system faster.
Juices must stay refrigerated (under 41 degrees).
